WHAT'S IN A NAME?
75 years ago in Timmins, Ontario, Sam Posen opened a store called Economy Dry Goods.
Sam Posen was my grandfather.

These days, Economy Dry Goods revives and repurposes quality clothing. It made sense to revive and repurpose a quality name.

Economy Dry Goods aims to be a one stop shop for the whole outfit, or just that one, key-item that makes the outfit yours.

REFUSE. REUSE. RECYCLE.
We take pride in giving cool things giving a second life.

Economy Dry Goods sources from mom-and-pop-shops, estate sales, vintage stores, and flea-markets.

We focus on fun, un-pretentious fashion and footwear, ranging from rare streetwear to unique vintage pieces that make a statement.
CLOTHING AND SHOES
Strong nods to punk-rock fashion, streetwear favourites, and classic/mod style. One foot to the future, and one firmly planted in the past.
DECOR
We love quirky and unique items that really tie the room together.
